My dad feels dizzy, hes laying in bed. he was calling for help but i dont know what to do. hes diabetic and ate a lot of sugary foods today. hes also going through a cold right now. what should i do?

Best would be to convince him to get evaluated at the local hospital. He can slip into ketoacidosis easily given circumstances and that is life threatening by itself and aside for other possible complications. His cold may be COVID related or pneumonia, only complicating the picture.
