Ive never missed periods whole life, how can they suddenly be missed 2 months. negative pregnancy tests, no pcos, no other serious issues found?

There are a lot of medical causes for an absence of menstrual periods. However, at age 18 the most common non "medical" reasons are stress or dietary changes with body mass loss. If the pregnancy tests remain negative, see a GYN MD at the 3 month period loss time frame.

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
