Yes, you should have started to make antibodies by this point. Just remember, everything in moderation. NSAIDS should be taken only when really needed. Not an everyday medication unless prescribed by a physician.

There is no reason to assume that 3 weeks after your Jab, that NSAID's will cause any deleterious outcomes. However, these drugs can have side effects, so, check with your doctor if this is appropriate for you.
