Pregnancy is possible on any day of a cycle including during menses. It is rare & more likely for those with an irregular pattern of egg release, but it happens. If you have a predictable 29 day pattern it is very unlikely, but like many things in life surprises happen. What you do is really up to you.

Pregnancy is known to have occurred from sex on any and all days of the cycle. If you miss your period by 4-5 days do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Wish you good health!
