It may well be side effects. It is likely not. You can try a simple experiment and see. Go back to 10 mg daily for 4 days. If the symptoms go away return to the 20 mg. This often solves the problem. If you still have this problem, and you should see your doctor to check out other causes such as blood sugar level, thyroid, anemia, and other normal causes of weakness when eating small amounts.
