For the last few months, i kinda feel like i'm an hypochondriac and it is debilitating. do you have any tips on how i can deal with it? i'm not in the us and i don't have good access to healthcare. looking forward for your kind response, thank you?

Here are some suggestions to switch your focus and attention. Learn to meditate and do it daily. Get aerobic exercise for 20-30 minutes daily 3-4 times weekly. Learn Tai Chi, or Yoga, and practice one or the other. Get proper sleep, about 8 hrs/ nite, avoid the white foods, such as white rice, potatoes, white bread, sugar. Consume more protein, good fats such as avocados, olive oil.
