Yes: I'm going to assume this isn't persistent lanugo or one of the uncommon porphyrias. It is genetic, just as two people with brown eyes can have a blue-eyed baby. Congratulations on progressing toward manhood -- it's difficult enough without somebody making you uncomfortable about the body you were born with. Many women will like this "macho" attribute & many men will wish they were like you.
