I apologize for my previous question. i misspelled a term. i am trying to find out whether or not i should be concerned about my test results indicating polychromasia and wbc deterioration together?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, some amount of polychromasia is normal. WBC deterioration is not a commonly recognized pathological term. Wish you good health!
