Sounds like it: Obviously the WBC and the absolute lymphs are both significantly elevated. Cll is by far the most likley diagnosis.

Could be: Would be necessary to do a flowcytometry on blood to confirm though-- sometimes vital infections can also increase lymphocyte count.
