High blood pressure increases your risk of heart attack. Smoking increases your risk of heart attack. Smoking also raises your heart rate and blood pressure. At the very least, smoking is counterproductive to your good health from high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack. You may have heard that diabetes runs a similar risk profile. Don't smoke. Don't vape.
