If it comes back and fills again with liquid it is a clear sign of Herpatic lesion which has the character of forming blister and usually is on lips but you are saying it is inside of mouth .Make sure ,it did not appear after oral sex ,if so ,you should see your MD to rule out Pappilomatus virus infection from your partner and she should have Pap smear test for the Virus .
