Gosh, your symptoms are very vague and non-specific. You can have blood in your stool that doesn't show up red. There of course is always the possibility of parasites as well. I think the place to start is with a stool sample for BOP (blood ova and parasites). A Family Doctor would be the best to help you sort through this.
