Every night before i go to bed, i experience stomach cramping and gas, alongside occasional diarrhea. i am extremely anxious all of the time, i take 150 mg of zoloft. i drink coffee. i also do targeted ab workouts. what should i do? is it serious?

Continue to stay healthy. The abdominal cramping and gas may be related to something that you are eating that you may be sensative to. Keep a diary of food eaten and symptoms and then begin eliminating food that may be causing your problems.
You should check with your PCP to assist you.
