Can't give you Vegas odds, but having unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation can result in pregnancy. Plan B is taken "the morning after", otherwise effectiveness goes down. Pregnancy test is take after you've missed your period. Use appropriate contraception to prevent pregnancy and std's.

More chances to get pregnancy if you have unprotective sex 3 days before ovulation and taking emergency contraceptive is more practical than the second scenario because the morning after pill works primarily by delaying or preventing the ovulation. Please practice safe sex for preventing STDs, use contraceptive or condom for preventing unwanted pregnancy.
