Yes; my father had fell off the steps this morning. & now he has this big bruise on his right side of his stomach. its kinda big. hes also a diabetic. ???? what should i do? should i be worried?

A bruise on the outside is no big deal - so long as he is not using blood thinners. A “bruise” or injury inside the abdomen is more of a concern. If abdomen is tender, getting swollen, if he feels nauseated or is vomiting, if he feels weak, its safest to bring him to ER here he can be properly examined
