State medical boards require a physician to have an established relationship, a retrievable patient record, recent history & physical with vital signs to prescribe any medication. Failure to comply can result in loss or restriction of their license. If you need refills on medications you need to contact the originating doc and comply with their refill requirements. They refill if appropriate.

Not on the free platform, best would be through your current prescriber as majority of refills are done over the phone, you may use as an alternate the HealthTap paid platform. Remember that medical conditions are treated with lifestyle modifications as well and meds are used for limited time with clear goals and by focusing on drugs you might be missing on proper followup for your condition.
