Hello im having a period like bright red bleeding as of may 7th but my last menstrual cycle was april 22. its only been 2 weeks what could be the reason im having a second one? thanks?

Irregular bleeding can be caused by many things, some serious/some not: stress, weight gain/loss, new exercise regimen, lack of sleep, contraceptives, hormonal disruption, uterine fibroids/ endometriosis/ adenomyosis, ovarian problems.
