Is vomiting one of the side effects of the second dose of pfizer vaccine? i had the first one already with no side effects at all , and i don't care about having side effects only the vomiting part because i'm emetophobic. is this one of the effects?

It could be -- not typical, but the timing is right. Nausea and vomiting are what medical professionals call "nonspecific" symptoms: lots of things can cause it, and inflammatory conditions (like a vaccine reaction) are among them. If this clears up within 24 hours, I wouldn't worry about it. If it goes on longer or you otherwise are feeling seriously ill, contact your doctor.
