Felt a hard tiny painless lump just below the skin of my upper armpit. it's round and it feels like those small silver balls on cakes you eat. i can get it between 2 fingers and wiggle it around with skin but it feels hard as a rock? scared cancer?

The Small size snd mobility make it less likely to be cancerous. Keep an eye on it and if it’s not getting larger you won’t have to worry.

You may feel the lump every couple of weeks, if the lump doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other lumps appear , or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
