They don’t blanch more than the normal skin when pressed. Lesions that blanch are usually capillaries or those full of blood or lymph( angiomas,hemorrhoids, lymphangioma,angiokeratoma, varicosity,etc).They don’t peel the skin and don’t create a wound when popping out.
