I think i swallowed a chicken bone 0.5cm to 1cm maybe, it looks like a paper. no sore throat/difficulty swallowing or i did not feel it. little chest center on the left side, anxiety/panic at the moment. no abdominal pain so far. what do i do now?

Drink soothing fluids. If there is a fever or respiratory problem, including cough, sputum production or chest pain, please see the Emergency department. It may irritate the lining of the upper GI passage and if this occurs, see your PCP.
