In 2018 my white blood count was 10.0, but in 2021 this year is 5.7. why did my white blood count drop? is this still a good white blood count number?

If the white cell differential analysis was normal, then a total wbc between 4500-10000 is within normal limits. The wbc can vary from day to day or even hourly normally as we're constantly fighting various pathogens quite successfully.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
