A member asked:

I can feel what i can only describe as my veins wiggling in my lower extremities. i do not believe it is related to muscle spasms, is this possible and if so, what are the causes?

Your veins won't wiggle. You may be experiencing mild irritability of muscles or superficial nerves in your legs. Sometimes you can visualize mild benign fasciculations of your leg muscles. Have you been more active on your legs lately? Avoid caffeine. You could try taking a magnesium supplement recommended by your pharmacist. If symptoms persist get examined by your physician or a neurologist.
