Would i know if i was having anaphylaxis?

Anaphylaxis is an allergic reaction which can lead to swelling of the face, lips, tongue and difficulty breathing. It is extremely dangerous and if you experience any of these symptoms, you should call an ambulance right away. (They have epinephrine that can help on the way to the hospital).
