I had a total thyroidectomy last week. before that i have really never burped in my life and ever since i started eating after the surgery i burp after everyting i eat. should i be worried? it's getting really annoying?

Thyroid surgery is tricky as lots of nerves and blood vessels are in the area of the thyroid. Only your surgeon knows where he or she was and did. Discuss with them.
