Injection or more: You can try with speech therapy which maximizes your voice based on how you speak. Other options include injections of either permanent or temporary products into your vocal cord to keep it more in contact with your mobile vocal cord. Finally, you can have an implant that keeps your paralyzed vocal cord more in contact with your mobile one.
