Various meds: Can do this. The most common are thyroid hormone (either T4 and/or t3), lithium, amiodarone, dopamine, levodopa, bromocriptine, glucocorticoids (>0.5 mg/day dexamethasone, 100 mg/day hydrocortisone), octreotide, amphetamines, Metoclopramide >1 mg/kg, iodinated contrast media.
