Consult with a neurologist and see if there is an issue with intracranial problems. Medication side effects could be playing an issue.

It could be something more serious, especially if you have diabetes, hypertension, elevated cholesterol, or a history of vascular disease. If you have any of those it may represent a vascular disorder and you should see your primary physician and a skilled ophthalmologist who is good at measuring for strabismus (misalignment of the eyes).
