My husband (age 74) started having dizziness tonight. i thought he might be dehydrated because he worked outside some today. after he drank water he vomited and still felt dizzy. he refuses to go to er. any input on possible causes?

I would suspect your analysis is correct.,if you have BP device check BP seated, standing and after going up and down on toes. Him not u. If falls more than 20 and/or he gets dizzy go to walk in clinic.
