I am on 10 mg 2x/day of buspirone and 200 mg of zoloft 1x a day! i accidentally took a 3rd buspirone instead of my zoloft! am i going to be okay?! can i still take my zoloft ??

If you've been taking these 2 medications all along without problems, taking a third buspirone, an antianxiety medication, may only increase sedative effects. I wouldn't drive for the remainder of the day or evening. I would still take your zoloft as I wouldn't expect any ill effects of doing so. Your physician or pharmacist can validate this advice.

Yes you should be OK and at the dose of Zoloft, youhave probably been on this for some time that you can still take it,
