I have been having a muscle Twitch in the middle right hand side of my back for 2 weeks now. It goes on mostly when Im at rest. I am concerned about ALS, as my great aunt died from it several years ago. I have no twitching anywhere else.

Is it normal I cant feel my resting heartbeat on my chest with my hand but I can feel my pulse in my wrist and neck, Ive had an ECG and doctors said it came back normal, I use to be able to feel in my chest though, I have give up drinking though?
Right lower back stuck after bathroom slip on 02 jun 2016, unable to bend forward rest three side ok, can't sit or bend without putting hand support.
