Hi there i'm 32 weeks pregnant. my baby is weighing 4 and a half pounds., in a slim person. is this a good weight or is it considered big baby for this stage in pregnancy. my vagina and anus feel strange?

In the Third Trimester of pregnancy, a baby will gain most of its full term weight. The size of the baby, while affected by nutrition and other health factors in the mom, is mostly determined by genetics of the parents. A taller mom/dad will yield a taller, larger baby. As the baby grows, additional pressure id felt in the entire pelvic area as well as the vagina and anus/rectum. This is normal.
