The sensation of you or your environment moving when they're not is often caused by an inner ear disorder. Motions of your head provoke or aggravate this symptom & your stomach may get queasy. If there's associated new hearing loss an acoustic neuroma in the brain(A growth) would be of concern. Your physician or an otolaryngologist can evaluate, advise and treat you for this symptom.
