It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you, however, what you described does not seem to be a serious matter. By extending your tongue you may have injured the frenulum with your teeth. Keep the tongue inside your mouth and let the injury heal. If it it does not get better in 2-3 weeks, see a doctor. SOMETIMES YOUR FRENULUM IS TOO SHORT AND NEEDS TO BE CUT TO LENGTHEN IT SO YOU CAN STICK YOUR TONGUE OUT LONGER. BECAUSE IT IS SHORT IT IS STRAINED WHEN YOU STICK YOUR TONGUE OUT. A DENTIST WITH A LASER CAN DO THIS PROCEDURE.
