I got my second dose of pfizer yesterday and then last night at 2am i had a fever of 100.1 and then 6am i had a fever of 102.3 should i go to the doctor?

Fever is not unusual after covid vaccine, especially after the 2nd injection. Check your temps 2-3 times during the day today. Vaccine related fever typically does not last more than 24-36 hours. if you have fever of more than 100 degree tomorrow, then you should see your doctor.
