Vaginal yeast infection is a good possibility. Keep working with your gynecologist -- or if uncertain of his or her expertise, perhaps get a second opinion. You also could try an over-the-counter yeast medicaion -- any of the many products with active ingredient ending in "azole" would be good to try (clotrimazole, miconazole, and many more). For sure get care if that doesn't do it. Good luck.
