Im 22 and only in the recent year, i get minor tears during sex more frequently despite the lube i use (water/silicone). its also gotten to a point where i cant have sex for more than 10minutes before i start hurting and feeling a burn. any advice?

Vaginal yeast infection is a good possibility. Keep working with your gynecologist -- or if uncertain of his or her expertise, perhaps get a second opinion. You also could try an over-the-counter yeast medicaion -- any of the many products with active ingredient ending in "azole" would be good to try (clotrimazole, miconazole, and many more). For sure get care if that doesn't do it. Good luck.
