Sperm is made in an organ called the Testes, which contains the apparatus to produce sperm daily. Every month, an average sexually mature adult produces up to 12 billion sperm every month. Immature sperm migrate from the seminiferous tubules to the epididymis to mature and be stored. The only thing that can harm them is an infection in the epididymis or extreme heat. Saliva/plaque wont hurt them.

The activities you described will not affect your ability to have children. Please see your dentist regularly for hygiene visits because calculus buildup may result in periodontitis.
