Sometimes a few minutes after i wake up i experience an extreme headache, my eyes roll back, my fingers and toes clench. when it's over the headache goes away. is this a seizure? if it is, does it sound epileptic or pnes?

Sounds like a seizure to me. Do you lose bladder control. Sounds like what I would call an epileptic one but keep diary and discuss with your Drs.?

These episodes involve both sides of your face and/or body? If your mind stays completely clear throughout the episode, with no confusion or mental clouding, a seizure is unlikely. Nevertheless, a neurological consultation would not be inappropriate. I wouldn't trust a nonspecialist to diagnose this with confidence.
