Any shampoo is fine; baby shampoo is no better. The inportant thing is to assure the diagnosis is correct; and if folliculitis is confirmed, perhaps an antibiotic ointment or, in severe cases, an oral antibiotic. Best to be in care of a dermatologist. Good luck.
