Emuaid plus...: Emuaid is known to be effective, but you might also be a colonizer of staph. You can be diagnosed with a culture or the nares or belly button. Treatment is polysporin twice a day in the nose, and belly button, and sometimes you need a course of anti-staph antibiotics along with Rifampin.
