No risk at all. It is exceedingly unlikely someone with HIV or viral hepatitis used the clippers, but even if that happened, there is never a risk from sharp instruments that are not covered in fresh, wet blood. Don't worry about this at all.

Even though viruses, bacteriae and fungi live for a few hours to a few days on solid, non porous surfaces, if you didn’t puncture your skin and bled, the risk is zero.
