How can pcos be treated can it cause infertility and can a person face infertility with normal periods every month?

PCOS is accompanied by failure of ovulation, with long intervals between "true" ovulatory periods. Bleeding with PCOS is b/c of sustained estrogen stimulation of the endometrium. Ovulation induction by a fertility specialist is necessary for conception, and in the meantime, low dose oral bcps protect against abnormal cell production in the uterine lining.
