Abdominal pain: Many reasons for abdominal/pelvic pain. We worry about uterine & ovarian issues in women, as well as pregnancy concerns in fertile women. Infections are a common cause of pain whether std/sti or uti. In both genders, we think of appendicitis, diverticulitis, cholecystitis & more. Perhaps stomach ulcer, gastritis or bad heartburn.
