Go see your doctor: When patients complain about stomach pains, they typically refer to an area from their ribcage down to pubic bone, whereas we think of stomach in center, just below ribcage (and definitely way above belly button). Anyway, that cramp in "lower stomach area" could be menstrual cramps, labor (you didn't mention how far along you are), bladder infection, ulcer, pancreatitis, appendicitis, constipation

Complicated: when you say stomach pain it may not be your stomach at all....most people feel stomach pain in the middle upper abdomen. Your pain may be related to your menstrual cycle or from other organs in your abdomen such as your colon, pancreas, uterus. Best to get it checked out by your own doctor if it persists or gets worse

See OB/GYN: any pain in lower abdomen during pregnancy should be checked out by your OB/GYN. It could be a urinary infection, or something more serious
