I can not remenber if i took my 20mg xarelto pill. what happens if i take 2 20 mg pills?

Don’t take 2 tablets. If you forget one day , most likely will be no harm . But if you take double dose - too high risk of bleeding . If you need surgery for example , Xarelto needs to be stopped for few days . It’s taking risk between bleeding and other medical conditions. Take your next pill in next scheduled time . Try to make pillbox with days on it - so it’s easier to see if you took it
