So so worried about als and cant see a neuro for 3 months constant twitching and spasms all over but mainly in calfs and cramping a lot im one calf and tightening up but have to wait to see anyone literally feel like ending it never been so scared?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. While you are waiting to the neuro, try drinking more fruit juice with added table salt, in case your cramps are due to electrolyte imbalance. Wish you good health!

A neurological exam face to face would be most productive, but in the meantime, you might find benefit from a virtual consult here at HT on the paid portion of our site. We could likely witness some of this activity and provide opinions regarding benign fasciculations or myokymia syndromes (Isaac's Syndrome?).
