Hi ive had a bump on my underwear line for awhile now and its been twice since its busted it made a weird looking scare but now it looks like i have a hole and it hurts how can i treat this at home or what kind of doctor should i go see ?

Start with your primary care doc for an exam. You should wear loose underwear until healed in order to avoid friction to the area.
