Not particularly. The tissue lining the inside of your nose is filled with a rich supply of capillaries. These keep the tissue moist allowing it to add moisture to the air you breathe so the inside of your lung tissue does not dry excessively. If you blow hard enough/often enough or get irritation from dust/pollen you will break some capillaries & see some blood. They usually self heal.
