It can be normal: Your tear drainage system is connected from your eye/eyelid to your nose. If you close of the exit of the tear drain in your nose when blowing your nose, some people can experience a reflux of fluid back through the punctum in their eyelid. It is usually nothing to be concerned about. If the liquid is bloody or yellow/green, have an ophthalmologist evaluate it.
