I had hernia surgery last week. im 49. in the recovery room, i was having chest pain. they did an ecg. i just got the results today. should i be concerned? notable dx items: low voltage qrs abnormal ecg left atrial enlargement septal tw changes?

Low voltage suggests you might be very heavy and leads are away from heart. Or leads were misplaced. But only your dr can help interpret this. Best is to compare with previous EKG.
